Snowerp, LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2026

1. Introduction

Snowerp, LLC ("Snowerp," "we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company registered in the State of California. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit www.snowerp.com (the "website"), how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

This policy covers this public website only. It does not cover separate Snowerp products, customer systems, or services delivered under a written agreement, which are governed by their own terms.

2. Summary

  • We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website, including through heatmaps and session replay.
  • Clarity is off by default. It is loaded, and its cookies are used, only if you allow analytics.
  • We do not sell your personal information for money, and Snowerp does not run advertising or social-media tracking on this website. Microsoft, which provides Clarity, may use the information it collects for its own purposes, including advertising (see Section 4).
  • You can change your choice at any time through .

4. Microsoft Clarity Analytics and Session Replay

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, so that we can understand who is accessing the website and improve it. Session replay reconstructs a visit to the website — the pages viewed and the clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement on them — so that we can see where visitors have difficulty.

Clarity is designed to mask sensitive content, such as text typed into form fields, by default, and we additionally mask the investor request form and the chatbot window so their contents are not captured. We use Clarity information in aggregate or pseudonymous form and do not use it to try to identify individual visitors.

How consent affects Clarity. Clarity is loaded only after you allow analytics:

  • If you have not made a choice, or you decline analytics: the Clarity script is not loaded. No Clarity cookies are set, no session is recorded, and no information is sent to Clarity.
  • If you allow analytics: the Clarity script is loaded on the pages you visit from then on. Clarity may set the analytics cookies described below and connect your activity across pages and visits.
  • If you later withdraw consent: a denied signal is sent to Clarity, and Clarity is no longer loaded on the pages you visit afterwards.

Microsoft's own use of Clarity information. Under the Microsoft Clarity terms, Snowerp and Microsoft are each independent controllers of the information Clarity collects; Microsoft does not act as our service provider or processor for it. Microsoft collects or receives this information from the website to provide Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising, and may use it for its own purposes under the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including improving Microsoft products and services and creating user profiles for purposes that include advertising. Snowerp itself does not run advertising on this website, keeps advertising storage set to denied, and does not use Clarity information to build profiles of individual visitors. If you do not want Microsoft to receive this information, decline analytics or turn it off in Cookie Preferences.

For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Microsoft's Clarity consent documentation.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

When analytics is allowed, Microsoft may also set cookies on its own domains (for example clarity.ms) to operate the Clarity service. The website does not currently set any other cookie, and its core content remains available if you decline analytics.

6. How We Use Information

  • To deliver, maintain, and secure the website.
  • To remember your privacy choice.
  • To analyze website traffic and usage and improve content, usability, and performance.
  • To respond to emails you send us and to return chatbot responses.
  • To detect and prevent misuse and to comply with legal obligations.

Snowerp does not use website information for advertising (Microsoft's own use of Clarity information is described in Section 4), and we do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose information to the following third parties that help us operate the website:

  • Microsoft (Clarity) — website analytics, heatmaps, and session replay, only if you allow analytics. Microsoft is an independent controller of this information, not our service provider, and may use it for its own purposes, including advertising, as described in Section 4. Depending on how California law applies, this disclosure may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; you can opt out by declining analytics or turning it off in Cookie Preferences, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser.
  • Cloudflare — website deployment, delivery, and security.
  • Google Fonts — delivery of the typefaces used on the website; your browser requests font files from Google.
  • Chatbot and AI provider — a chatbot question, together with public Snowerp website context, is sent to chatbotproxy.dev-admin-c4d.workers.dev and on to a third-party AI provider to produce the response.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and some of them may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use this website. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

8. Your Choices

Analytics is off by default. "Accept All" grants the website's only optional category — analytics — while advertising storage stays denied. "Reject Non-Essential" denies both. Cookie Settings lets you set the analytics category yourself.

To change your choice at any time, select here or in the website footer. Turning analytics off sends a denied signal to Clarity and stops Clarity from loading on later pages. You can also clear this website's cookies and local storage in your browser settings, or block cookies in your browser.

9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

This website recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends GPC and you have not saved a choice on this website, we treat the signal as a decision to decline analytics: Clarity is not loaded and the consent banner is not shown. You can still opt in through Cookie Preferences.

Some browsers also offer an older "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common standard for interpreting it, this website does not respond to that signal separately. In every case, Clarity is not loaded unless you allow analytics.

10. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may give you rights regarding your personal information, depending on whether and how those laws apply to Snowerp. These may include the right to:

  • know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used and disclosed;
  • request deletion of personal information we have collected from you;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — the only disclosure that may qualify is the Microsoft Clarity disclosure described in Sections 4 and 7, which happens only if you allow analytics and which you can stop at any time through Cookie Preferences or Global Privacy Control; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, or to review or ask for changes to personal information you have sent us, email info@snowerp.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Because most analytics information is not linked to your name or email address, we may be unable to locate it for a specific person.

Shine the Light. Other than the Microsoft Clarity disclosure described in Section 4, which occurs only if you allow analytics, we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

11. Data Retention

  • Consent preference: stays in your browser until you clear site data or we change the preference version.
  • Clarity analytics: retained by Microsoft according to Clarity's retention settings — generally about 30 days for session recordings and up to about 13 months for heatmaps and selected recordings.
  • Email: kept as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records.
  • Chatbot messages: processed to produce a response; retention by the AI provider is governed by that provider's terms.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a public website. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sharing sensitive information through the chatbot or by unencrypted email.

13. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not sell personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Visitors Outside the United States

Snowerp is based in California, and the website and its providers operate in the United States and other countries. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the website, our providers, or our privacy practices change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
